Covion Combustion Turbine Lubrication
Real-Time Oil Health Monitoring
Reliable turbine performance begins with understanding the health of your lubrication system. This brochure introduces Covion Solutions’ FluidIQ™ technology and explains how continuous, real-time oil health monitoring helps identify lubricant degradation before it leads to costly failures or unplanned outages. Learn how advanced sensing, AI-powered analytics, and predictive maintenance strategies improve reliability, extend oil life, and keep critical combustion turbine systems operating at peak performance.
Covion Real-Time Hydraulic Elevator Oil Monitoring
Safety Begins with Fluid Health™
Hydraulic elevator performance depends on the health of the fluid that powers it. Covion Solutions’ FluidIQ™ technology and explains how continuous, real-time oil health monitoring helps identify developing fluid-related issues before they impact safety, reliability, or passenger experience. Learn how advanced sensing and AI-powered analytics help reduce risk, improve maintenance planning, and extend the life of critical hydraulic elevator systems.
Thanks to Covion Solutions for partnering with The University of Texas at Austin and providing Varnish Mitigation services on the elevator oil at McDonald Observatory. This process treats the oil to suspend the varnish in solution making it removable by filtration. When the oil is clean they refortified the oil with antioxidants and anti-wear ingredients. This process gives us a clean system with a fluid that keeps the varnish in suspension instead of letting it deposit on the surfaces of the piston, valve, and pump unit.
Our elevators run smoother, smell better, and last longer.
